    This service hour form is for the Double Good Popcorn Virtual Fundraiser for FSU Campus only. Attach your receipt/proof of funds raised from Pop-Up store (image and PDF files are accepted) and submit the form. This form will be open and close on April 6, 2026 at 11:59PM. If submitting a receipt, date must match the window of our fundraising event (MARCH 31 - APRIL 3).  Max 1-2 service hours and 1 online form per family per pop-up store. The student who has raised the most for the campus will receive 3 service hours. PDF or Screenshots are accepted.
